PART EXCHANGE 
We welcome ALL watches in PART EXCHANGE against one of our watches from stock. To value your watch we will need as much detail as possible i.e. the make, model, model number, serial number if known, and FULL details about your watch. 

Your watch will be more valuable if this is complete with ORIGINAL BOX, Papers, Booklets etc. If you want to email us a picture (s) of your watch please do so to kevin@gxwatches.com

How do I order my watch from you 
All Payments will be handled through our website by Barclays Bank merchant services, this is a secured transaction. 
 
Payment
We take payments by Visa, Mastercard, Bank debit card
BACS, CHAPS, Internet Bank transfer - our Bank details will be on the bottom of our invoice
When you order a watch we will require a deposit of £500.00 (which is non refundable)
The balance payment can be made using any of the above payment methods
We will charge a surcharge of 2.0% if a credit card is used for the final payment 
Due to Money Laundering regulations and Company policy we do not accept cash over £5,000.00 

Delivery of my order
If you based in the UK and order before 2.30pm we can dispatch this by "Special Delivery" Guaranteed next day. The additional cost to you is £10.00 and is guaranteed between  0900am - 1.00pm . Your watch is insured whilst in transit to you by the Royal Mail Special delivery service.

If you are based outside of the UK we can offer you a delivery by Courier and use "FEDEX"
Typically a delivery will take 5-7  days using one of these services. All local taxes will be for you to pay dependant on your own Country import tax and VAT.

Valuation 
If requested we can supply a written valuation with every order. Our valuations will be supplied free of charge when a watch has been ordered from us. 

If you require a valuation of a watch that you own and need a valuation for insurance purposes please let us know. We will require:-

Pre-owned watches 
 All Pre-owned watches are supplied in the Original Box with papers etc, If a watch requires service and refurbishment we will get this done prior to delivery to you. All of our watches are inspected by our Horologist and he marks these for us out of 10. Typically all Pre-owned watches are 10/10 condition unless stated otherwise

Warranty on Pre-owned watches
All of our Pre-owned watches are supplied with 12 months warranty from date of purchase, this is our own GX Watches warranty backed by our Horologist

NEW watches
All of our NEW watches are sourced through our main Trade dealers here in the UK. We also source NEW watches from other Countries as well, and these are supplied with FULL warranty. Typically a manufacturers warranty from new is 24 months and FULL warranty documents supplied.
